Seagull Software released BarTender Cloud Labeling 12.4 on September 9, 2026, and its headline change matters to anyone running TSC printers: direct cloud printing now supports TSC. A print operator can connect to a supported TSC printer and start printing without installing printer drivers or any additional software. Until this release, BarTender’s direct cloud printing covered Zebra printers; 12.4 extends it beyond them.

For a new print station, that removes the usual setup steps — no driver package to install and no local software to maintain — and it reduces the dependence on IT and local infrastructure that printer rollouts usually carry.

Smarter Intelligent Forms

The same release adds basic conditional behavior to Intelligent Forms, BarTender’s print-time data-entry forms. Administrators can set rules that decide which form fields are displayed, enabled or required, based on what the operator enters. The result is a guided, step-by-step print workflow that asks only for what each job needs, which cuts data-entry errors at print time.
